Summary:

An L.A. cop returns to his
home town to escape his turbulent past only to have his
tranquility shattered by a series of grisly murders - all
somehow tied to close personal friends of his father. The
cop soon finds himself involved in an intricate scheme of
lies, extortion and blackmail forcing him to choose between
family loyalty and civil duty.
